The Tower is a tall rectangular shaped fireplace that adds a contemporary punch to any outdoor living space. Designed as a freestanding unit, the Tower has been constructed with a powder coasted steel base, equipped with four adjustable ankle feet fixed to the base to allow for leveling of the model. The unit also incorporates a black Teflon Top Tray insert for the burner. The incorporated fire screen is compiled of 4 12mm Starfire® (low iron) glass, which are designed to withstand high temperature variations. The base is also equipped with loads of storage Burner Kit accessories. Burning clean with a bio-ethanol flame, the Tower provides hours of warmth and ambiance. Designed to accept the EcoSmart™ Around Burner, the Lantern is suitable for indoor and outdoor use in both residential and commercial settings.
EcoSmart™ Fires do not require any form of permanent fitting, such as a flue for ventilation, nor a permanent gas connection or any kind of fixed utility for fuel supply. They are clean burning, efficient and stand alone units, that are easy to use and simple to extinguish once the accompanying lid is put into position.
The EcoSmart Mini T makes a stylish addition to any alfresco party or event – at any time of the year. As with all EcoSmart outdoor fireplaces, the Lantern is fueled by liquid bio ethanol, an environmentally friendly, renewable energy.

| Construction Detail | GLASS SURROUND: The four (4) glass panels are made of toughened Starfire® glass (low iron). The glass panels used are sheets of 12mm glass [0.47in] cut to measure. This safety glass is designed to withstand high temperature variations. When assembled, the glass panels are held in place by slots that are carved into the base. BASE: The base is made of powder coated steel with a black Teflon Top Tray insert for the burner. The base also features storage space for Burner Kit accessories. The base is lockable.. | Ventilation | The EcoSmartTM Fire does not require any form of permanent fixture or fitting such as a flue or chimney for ventilation, or any fixed utility for fuel supply. In a house of typical construction, that is, one that is not of unusually tight construction due to heavy insulation and tight seals against air infiltration, an adequate supply of air for combustion and ventilation is provided through infiltration. However, if the heater is used in a small room where less than 5.7m3 [200ft3] of air space is provided for each 1000 BTU per hour of heater rating (considering the maximum burner adjustment), the door(s) to adjacent room(s) should be kept open or a window to the outside should be opened at least 25.4mm [1in] to guard against potential build up of indoor air pollution. Do not use the heater in a bathroom or any other small room. Burner One: The room cannot be less than 70m3 [2472ft3] per burner. Burner Two: The room cannot be less than 25m3 [1000ft3] per burner. |

| Imortant! | The glass used in the EcoSmartTM Fire Tower, is toughened glass which means it is stronger than normal glass and can withstand high temperature variations. Importantly, even though it is stronger, toughened glass still has weaknesses. The corners and sides are specific pressure points where it is more fragile and can break if care is not taken. In the case of breakage, toughened glass will shatter into small crystal-like pieces which can cause potential injury and be a choking hazard for small children. We advise that the glass should be handled with special care and that operation of the product should cease immediately if a fault is found. Breakage due to mishandling is not covered by warranty. DO NOT remove glass panels DO NOT place a lid on top of the side glass panels to create a firebox DO NOT insert anything through the regulatory slot - the Lighting Rod included with this model to regulate the flame is the only item suitable for insertion. To refill the burner when the burner is OFF, the Jerry Can is placed in the centre of the glass enclosure and the nozzle inserted into the filling point. Install the included Jerry Can extension spout if required. |

| Clearances | The Tower is suitable for use both indoors and outdoors. When used indoors there must be a minimum of 1500mm [59in] between the mouth of the flame and the nearest combustible at all times. Use common sense to ensure that your fire is positioned away from curtains, flammable materials and other sources of ignition. Be aware of drafts. When used outdoors it is important that the model be: - positioned in a large open space ensuring that the nearest combustible (trees, branches, umbrellas, ceilings etc) are a minimum of 2000mm [78.74in] away in all weather conditions (for example, on windy days where there is movement in branches, the clearance must still be met). - Be fixed into a secure and permanent, level position prior to being operated following the instructions provided. The base of the model is fitted with adjustable ankle feet to allow for levelling of the model. note: When not in use it is recommended that you protect the model from water damage or corrosion by covering with the protective cover included. |
